About Janis Milne, DDS

Thank you for choosing Inspiration Dental. My name is Dr. Janis Milne and I am the owner of Inspiration Dental. We are a private dental practice located in Riverview Florida. Our office opened in Riverview in April 2014, and since that day we have been dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for our patients, while focusing on prevention of dental problems. I was born in Scotland, and immigrated to Southern Ontario Canada in 1978. I attended Georgia Southern University on a full athletic scholarship for soccer where I majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. I was fortunate to attend the prestigious University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry where I obtained my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2005. I decided to further my education and love for warmer weather by completing an AEGD program at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale in 2006. For the past 15 years I have continued my education by attending numerous comprehensive continuing education programs offered all over the United States. I absolutely love how my dentistry has grown into an overall health and wellness practice rather than a “hammer and nail” approach to problems. Dentistry is as much an art as it is a science.
