About Jameel A. Aftab, DMD
Dr. Jameel Aftab was born in Flint, MI. After graduating from Carman-Ainsworth High School in 1998, he went on to obtain his B.S. in Psychology from Michigan State University. Dr. Aftab graduated from Temple University, School of Dentistry in 2006. He also completed a one year implant dentistry continuum at New York university in 2006. In 2016, Dr Aftab completed the Implant Seminars continuum and also was part of a missionary trip to the Dominican Republic where he performed several implant and bone grafting surgeries. Dr Aftab is a fellow of the International Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Aftab has been practicing in Davison since 2008. He is proud to serve on the board of directors for the Genesee District Dental Society and as an advisor on the board at Mott Community College dental hygiene and assisting program. He enjoys learning about new developments in dentistry, taking several hours of continuing education every year, having special interests in Implant Dentistry. In his spare time, Dr. Aftab enjoys spending time with his family.
