About Howard M. Steinberg, DMD
Howard M. Steinberg, DMD, MDS is an accredited prosthodontist in practice in Tucson, AZ since 1985. He makes smiles look beautiful and teeth function the way they should. Dr. Steinberg fixes complex oral problems and performs advanced dentistry to restore and maintain the appearance and function of teeth. Dr. Howard M. Steinberg is a highly trained prosthodontist — a specialist in replacing, restoring and improving the function of teeth. He offers many options for enhancing smiles and improving oral function. As a dental specialist, Dr. Steinberg has over 30 years of experience providing cosmetic, restorative and implant dentistry. Dr. Howard Steinberg is not just another dentist. He’s an artist in the world of dentistry. Like a portrait artist, he works in a particular medium and skillfully uses the tools of his trade. Each patient’s face and features become his canvas. He uses the very latest dental materials and technologies to create a visually pleasing and functional smile. Technical expertise and an artistic eye combine with his patient’s goals to create a smile that’s not only attractive but life-changing. Dr. Steinberg lectures both nationally and internationally and is the founder and director of the Tucson Advanced Cosmetic and Restorative Dental Study Club. Dr. Howard M. Steinberg received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He then completed a 3-year training program in prosthodontics earning the Master’s of Dental Science (MDS) degree. Dr. Steinberg has additional training in the field of maxillofacial prosthetics. After dental school, he completed a one-year fellowship training course in maxillofacial prosthetics at the Hebrew University Hadassah School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Steinberg is on staff at many of the major hospitals in Tucson and is a faculty member at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in the Department of Surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, and a proud member of the Crown Council Alliance.
