After receiving her Doctor of Medicine Degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completing her dermatology residency there, Dr. Hazlett practiced dermatology with the Kelsey Seybold Clinic. In 2003 she fulfilled her dream and established The Woodlands Dermatology Associates. Dr. Hazlett is a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology.
