About Elsa D. Flores, DMD
Hello! I am Dr. Elsa Flores, and I look forward to treating you and your family. My devotion to my patients and passion for my career began in my native country of El Salvador, where I attended pre-dental and dental school. I graduated with a DDS degree from the National University of El Salvador in 1983. While still in El Salvador, I also served as Director of the Quezaltepeque Community Dental Clinic. In 1995, I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with a DMD degree. Two years later, I completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency Program at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where I also had the opportunity to be an instructor for students and residents. Since then, I’ve practiced dentistry privately in Grand Prairie, Arlington, and Fort Worth and have served as the former Director of Dental Health Arlington, a non-profit organization. I have also volunteered at The Wellness Center in Grand Prairie, providing dental treatment to those in our community with the greatest need. My professional memberships include the American Dental Association (ADA), the Texas Dental Association (TDA), and the Dallas County Dental Society (DCDS). Education is very important to me. I have pursued continuing education and training in various areas of dentistry, including implant dentistry and cosmetic smile makeovers. I have also completed the ADA Institute for Diversity in Leadership program as well as a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Over the years, I’ve made it a priority to continually provide my patients the latest dental procedures and techniques. I’m also committed to providing gentle, personal attention to each patient. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help you achieve a lifetime of healthier, brighter smiles! Dr. Flores’ devotion to her patients and extensive career achievements go back to her education at the National University of El Salvador (her native country), where she attended pre-dental and dental school, earning a DDS degree in 1983. While still in El Salvador, Dr. Flores served as Director of Quezaltepeque Community Dental Clinic.
