About Darryl Torculas, DDS
Dr. Torculas received his dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2016, then continued to a General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University. A San Diego native, he decided that the cold was enough for 5 years and decided to move back home! Dr. T was first exposed to dentistry on a mission trip to Honduras back in 2012. Since then, he figured out his ""Why"" for dentistry. He continues to give back on these mission trips annually! His desire for knowledge and to grow as practitioner shows in the details of how he treatment plans his patients and also that he is a CE junkie. He is certified for Intravenous Conscious Sedation and currently taking the Kois continuum. His biggest goal is to care for his patients as if they were his family members. Dr. T works hard to assure that the patient is comfortable and happy in and out of the office. During his free time, Dr. T enjoys working out and staying active. He plays in a basketball league Thursday nights and does Crossfit the other days. Currently, he is taking up scuba diving! He is the oldest of two. Our philosophy of service is patient driven, where treatment is guided by a thoroughly crafted plan, and executed by Dr. Torculas.
