About Cynthia Lemen, Aesthetician Specialist
Cynthia and her husband Val opened the doors of Divine Beauty Studio in January 2013. Cynthia is a licensed aesthetician with an emphasis on lash enhancements (extensions and lifts) brow shaping, and permanent makeup. She became the first NovaLash Eyelash Extension artist in Michigan when she trained with their lead research scientist in Chicago in 2006 and received advanced certification in New York in 2009. After passing a rigorous 12 month course with Brow Design International of New York, Cynthia became one of their Elite Certified Microblade Artists in 2018. In January 2019 she was personally mentored by international permanent makeup artist Kristina Melnicenco and has added ombre/powder brows, eyeliner, and lip blush to her skills. Wanting to offer more artistry to her clients, Cynthia has pursued master level eyeliner training with Russian artist Elena Blinova, and has certification in the Li-Ft all-natural method of tattoo lightening (fades the color of existing tattoos).
