About Craig Carlson, DDS
Dr. Craig Carlson grew up in San Antonio, TX, and attended Trinity University before completing his dental training at the University of Texas in Houston. Although Dr. Carlson has been practicing dentistry in San Antonio, TX, for more than 40 years, he is constantly attending continuing education courses to stay on the cutting edge of what’s new. He feels that he cannot burn out if he is still learning and growing. His passion is doing beautiful cosmetic dentistry because it can truly change lives. Dr. Carlson has been published in several prestigious journals in the dental field, and he has lectured in several seminars and worked as an associate professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry. In addition, he has worked as a consultant and has been part of several professional organizations, as well as working with civic organizations. Dr. Carlson volunteers with multiple local organizations, including the Boys Club of San Antonio, Eloise Japhet School, Wesley Community Center, and more. He has been recognized as a Super Dentist in the field of cosmetic dentistry by Texas Monthly Magazine.
