About Christopher C. Rhoades, DDS
Dr. Christopher Rhoades, a San Diego native, attended the University of San Diego High School. He enrolled at the University of California, San Diego, earning a B.S. degree in General Biology with a minor in Psychology while being active in the Pre-Dental Society. In 1993, Dr. Rhoades traveled to The University of Michigan, School of Dentistry for four years of study. While earning his doctorate, Dr. Rhoades served as class president for one year and two years on the student council. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Rhoades continued his education at the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in San Francisco for a 1 year residency, earning a certificate in “Advanced Education in General Dentistry” in 1998. After returning to San Diego and practicing dentistry as an associate for four years, Dr. Rhoades opened Oasis Dentistry in 2002. He continues his education through dental affiliations including the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the San Diego County Dental Society and the world renowned Spear Dental Study Group. When not at the office, Dr. Rhoades enjoys traveling, especially cruises, playing cards, camping, hiking, skiing, playing piano, and all things Star Wars with his husband, Josh ,and son, Sam.
