About Catherine J. Varsanyi, DDS
Dr. Catherine Varsanyi was born and raised in the Bay Area. She received a bachelors degree in marketing at Santa Clara University. After some experience in the corporate world, she decided that she wanted a more fulfilling and hands-on profession and redirected her career path toward dentistry, the perfect fit. She completed a pre-medical post-baccalaureate program and went on to dental school at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. She is practicing general dentistry and enjoys treating patients of all ages. She is always striving to provide the best care to her patients. She enjoys reading dental journals and aims to continually learn and grow her knowledge in the dental field. She is an active member of the Mid-Peninsula Dental Society, the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Catherine likes hiking with her dog, Obi, event planning, cooking and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys traveling. Her family is from Budapest, Hungary and she is fluent in the language. She is a diehard ice hockey fan and loves the San Jose Sharks.
