About Andrea Yentz, DDS
My name is Dr. Andrea Yentz and I was born and raised in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Medical Microbiology and Immunology (2004). I am definitely a badger fan at heart! I continued my education at the University of Michigan where I received my D.D.S. in 2008. As senior dental students, Dr. Jeffrey Yentz and I initiated the first University of Michigan dental mission trip to Quito, Ecuador in August 2007. Nearly 400 patients, the majority of them children, received much needed free dental care through our efforts. The trip was featured in the April 2008, Journal of the Michigan Dental Association. I have a passion for pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and implantology. I am certified in placing mini dental implants through 3M. I am also dedicated to improving the health and oral care of my patients through continuing education seminars. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and dental partner, Dr. Jeff Yentz and our Maltese, Madison. We absolutely adore her! As a life-long athlete, I'm also committed to running for personal fitness. I have finished 11 half marathons and 1 full marathon. I also love attending Michigan football games, gardening, cooking and travel.
