About Allison H. Britt-Kimmins, MD
Dr. Allison Britt Kimmins is a dermatologist specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Kimmins received her BA in Biology, from Rosemont College. She then earned a Masters of Public Health and Epidemiology, with a concentration in Infectious diseases from Yale University. She received her Medical Degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and then completed a Dermatology Residency Training Program at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Britt Kimmins is a member of several medical organizations including the American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology, Delaware County Medical Society, Delaware Academy of Dermatology and the Dermatology Foundation. She is actively involved in the American Academy of Dermatology and donates her free time educating the public about skin cancer awareness by giving lectures and sponsoring free skin cancer screenings. Dr. Britt Kimmins is a Vice-Chair of the Dermatology Foundation for Eastern Pennsylvania and has been involved in the foundation’s national campaign to increase both awareness and financial support to further the research and treatment of skin diseases and their treatments.
