About Akanksha Srivastava, BDS
Dr. Akanksha Srivastava is a celebrated American and Canadian Board-Certified Prosthodontist who specializes in treating dental and facial problems that involve restoring missing teeth and jaw structures. She is also a sub-specialist in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics, treatment of cancer patients. She graduated with her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Pd. Dr. D.Y. Patil University in Mumbai, India in 2010 where she earned the Dean’s Medal of Honor for receiving the highest-grade point average in her class. Upon completing her BDS, Dr. Srivastava attended McGill University in Montreal, Canada and attained her Master of Science. In 2018 she took her education a step further by simultaneously completing her Master of Dental Science and a Prosthodontic Residency at the University of Connecticut. In 2019, Dr. Srivastava successfully became a Fellow for Oral Oncology & Maxillofacial Prosthodontics at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Currently Dr. Srivastava is in process of completing her PhD in Craniofacial Health Sciences at McGill University. Dr. Srivastava is an expert in her field and provides care to patients with both simple and complex needs including, but not limited to surgical implant placement, full mouth restoration and All-on-4. Dr. Srivastava’s philosophy is ensuring her patients are happy with the treatment they receive. When she is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family.
