About Agnes J. Chang, MD
Dr. Agnes Ju Chang is a board-certified dermatologist and is the medical director of Integrated Dermatology. She attended Duke University and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. During her time at Duke University, she fell in love with the field of medicine. She found that she could combine her love of basic sciences with the desire to make an impact in people’s lives. Her dermatology residency was at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center and she served as Chief Resident. As medical director, Dr. Chang believes in establishing a strong relationship with her patients based on trust and open communication. She listens carefully to each patient and partners with her patients to achieve his or her goals. She prioritizes patient education and believes that treatment plans should be individualized to each person. Her belief is that every patient should be treated with utmost respect and their concerns be heard. Dr. Chang’s medical dermatology interest focuses on skin cancer detection and prevention. She partners with her patients, whether medical or cosmetic, to examine their skin health with a holistic view. She specializes in non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures such as Botox, Dysport, Juvederm and Restylane. Her expertise also extends to other minimally invasive cosmetic treatments like lasers, Sculptra, Kybella and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) rejuvenation. Her goal is to help her patients look their best at any age by bringing our their elegant beauty and emphasizes a natural radiant look. A team approach between her and her patients to accomplish beautiful skin is something she feels passionate about. Dr. Chang is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatological Surgery, and the Washington Dermatologic Society. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology.
