Founder Tomoe Moore was born in Japan. She specializes in cosmetology and permanent makeup which had landed her careers in Tokyo, Paris and New York. Her experiences from different countries allowed her to hone her skills and perfect her technique and design for all types of clients. Armed with her extensive experience, skills and the best quality products from Europe and Japan, Lucia Lash opened in Greenwich Village, New York in 2015 specializing in eyelash extensions, skincare and permanent makeup. Some of her clienteles include singers, Victoria Secret Models and actresses to name a few. Her success allowed her to open up a eyelash extension salon in center city Philadelphia, PA.
