About Tara L. Baeza, Aesthetician Specialist
Tara’s journey as an artist began at a very young age with sketching and drawing. Music and theatre expanded her creativity which introduced her to the world of make up artistry which little did she know this hobby was the start of her forever career. Her career as a make up artist took off in 2004. Soon after she realized skin care was a passion and in 2006 she attended Golden West College in Huntington Beach California & became a licensed Aesthetician. In 2010, this California native went where the wind carried her which landed her in Philadelphia, PA. From then til now Tara has had the opportunity to wear almost every hat in her industry. From NY fashion week, QVC, bridal, salon management, regional trainer & executive. She’s specifically trained well over a hundred aestheticians & artists in her career in brow shaping. After quite a few years working in corporate beauty she had a calling to go back to what truly made her happy which was services & making clients feel their best. Fascinated by Microblading for awhile & seeing how it was so life changing for so many women & men, she decided to get trained & certified in 2015. It was then Tara found her true calling. Her career as a microblading artist took off organically & very quickly. In 2017 Tara opened up her own studio @birdsofpreyartistry in the heart of south philadelphia after working in a tattoo parlour for a couple years. Within 8 months Tara expanded her business & now has @birdsofpreywellness - a full service Aesthetic & wellness studio. Between Tara’s passion, artistry & leadership capabilities she has been able create two of her dream studios under one roof with an amazing team of artists & esthetician’s, as well as the best clients a business could possibly ask for!
