About Sheila A. Bond, MD
Dr. Sheila Bond is a board certified plastic surgeon, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). She received her BA in Biology and Psychology from Dartmouth College and her MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed both her general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center in New York. She has extensive training and experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, including added training in breast surgery, facial rejuvenation and the use of lasers. Dr. Bond works in conjunction with general surgeons in performing breast reconstruction after mastectomy. She is constantly researching new procedures, techniques and products to remain on the cutting edge of her profession. At her practice in Montclair, New Jersey, Dr. Bond specializes in comprehensive plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, as well as non-surgical cosmetic enhancements for the face and body. As one of a small number of female plastic surgeons, Dr. Sheila A. Bond utilizes “A Woman’s Touch” to help you achieve the look you desire. Dr. Bond is a regular guest physician on the “Michael Baisden Show”; she has appeared on various television programs, and was one of three featured doctors on the BET documentary, “Black Don’t Crack”. Dr. Bond has received numerous awards and on multiple years, she was voted by her peers to be one of New Jerseys’ “Top Docs”. Her practice, Bond Plastic Surgery, prides itself on making every patient visit relaxed and enjoyable with the help of a caring and supportive office staff.
