About Shawn Gurley
Dr. Shawn Gurley is an Atlanta-based cosmetic dentist offering general dentistry, dental implants, teeth whitening, invisalign, and sleep apnea treatment, helping patients feel great about their smiles and the health of their teeth. Dr. Gurley graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1986 and went on to receive advanced training in Endodontics, Prosthodontics and Oral Rehabilitation. At the Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C., he received additional training in Implantology and Oral Surgery. After dental school, Dr. Gurley did a general practice residency in the Army prior to opening his private dental practice in Alpharetta, where he has been giving patients something to smile about for over 25 years. In 2010, Dr. Gurley received Advanced Training of Treatment for Sleep Apnea with Sleep Group Solutions. He is a member of the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).
