Always having a passion for healing and skin remedies, Nooshin opened her spa in Brandon, FL in 2004. With more than 18 plus years in the skin care industry, Nooshin offers the safest and most effective permanent makeup, custom skin care treatments, as well as, lash and brow tinting for clients of all ages. Her permanent makeup technique uses only the hand method – a selective art form of traditional tattooing where a special cosmetic pigment is placed just below the surface of the skin using a light tapping motion with a sterilized and disposable instrument.
