About Miryam Bookman, DMD
Dr. Miryam Bookman earned her undergraduate degree with honors from Rutgers University. She continued her studies at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, where she received her dental degree and graduated at the top of her class. She was then chosen to participate in an intensive general practice residency program at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Since then, Dr. Bookman has been in private practice and has gained extensive experience in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), periodontics (gum disease treatment), implant dentistry and pediatric dentistry. Her continuing postgraduate studies keep her on the cutting edge of dentistry. In 2008, Dr. Bookman decided to open her own practice, just a few doors down in the Jackson Square. Utilizing the experiences she gained in private practice over the years, she was able to build her own office that would exemplify her high standards of care. In 2014, Dr. Bookman and Dr. Goldberg merged their separate practices together, and Artistic Dental was born! Since then, they have enjoyed working together and providing the Jackson and surrounding communities with compassionate and personalized care. Dr. Bookman’s professional memberships include the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and Monmouth/Ocean County Dental Association. When she’s away from the office, Dr. Bookman enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
