Milan J. Demeter, MD, FACS, specializes in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He treats conditions relating to the head and neck and diseases or disorders of the ear, nose, and throat. He practices in the Glendale/La Canada areas of Southern California. His philosophy of care is to do always what's best for the patient, offering the highest standard of medical expertise with his 35 years of experience. He is an adjunct clinical professor (voluntary) for the USC Tina and Rick Caruso Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery of the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. He also serves as clinical associate professor of surgery at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Previously, he served as vice chairman of the Department of Surgery, and later chairman of the Department of Surgery for Verdugo Hills Hospital. Dr. Demeter earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. He completed a rotating surgical internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. He also completed two residencies one in general surgery at the University of Hawaii Affiliated Hospitals and an ENT residency at the Los Angeles County - University of Southern California Medical Center. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons
