Professional Statement

Dr. Lydia Johnson, a Board-certified dermatologist, joined the faculty of VCU Health Dermatology after 16 years in private practice in the Richmond community. Dr. Johnson has spent her career practicing general dermatology and served as the physician president of Dermatology Associates of Virginia. She looks forward to bringing her clinical and practice experience to the dermatology department and to the residency program. Dr. Johnson is involved in various civic organizations and is a member of the Richmond Medical Society, American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association and National Medical Association as well as other professional organizations.
