About Lisa M. Primps, Aesthetician Specialist
After graduating from JM Wright Tech in 1990 I worked at a local salon until beginning electrolysis school at the Claire DeMarzo Institute of Professional Electrolysis in Westwood, NJ January 1991. I have been a licensed electrologist in Connecticut since April 1992 and worked for 1 year in New City and Cornwall, NY state while waiting for my Connecticut license. I worked with Irene Wingfield in Stamford, Ct and took on her practice in the mid 90's calling my business Electrolysis & Skin Care by Lisa A. Mecca LLC. During the early years of my career I worked at E'lan in Stamford, for Robert Cuda in New Canaan, Ct and for Dr Romig in Darien, Ct while building up my clientele. I expanded into a Spa in 2005 and changed the business name to The Primping Place (my married name is Primps). October 19, 2016 I completed my training and became Connecticut 2nd Trichologist specializing in helping men and women concerned with hair loss, wanting healthier hair and scalp.
