A few years ago at the age of 34 I received a shocking breast cancer diagnosis. My life shifted from focusing on my sweet family to constant doctors appointments, scans, surgery, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, then finally reconstruction. In the midst of the storm, I was so graciously given the gift of complimentary facials from my amazing esthetician. My facial appointments became one of the few things I looked forward to during that trying time. It was in those appointments that it became clear what my next steps in life would be. The week after finishing my final targeted therapy I began school to become a licensed esthetician and discovered my love of all things skincare. Giving back to the breast cancer community has become a passion of mine and I love that I am able to do that here at Purpose Aesthetics. I hope that each and every person that comes through my door feels like their time here is a vacation from any of the stresses in their life and leaves with a smile on their face and, of course, glowing skin.
