About Karen M. Soika, MD
As a daughter of a physician and a nurse, health and well being have been a lifetime focus. Dr. Karen Soika is from the greater Westchester County/Fairfield County area. Prior to becoming a physician, she had the unique experience of having worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 10 years as a Business Director in Sales, Marketing and training. This affords her a broader knowledge of the impact of synthetic drug design and it’s role in disease management and treatments. Which enabled her also to launch her own Acne skincare treatment line called Always Clear. She also has the advantage of a Master’s Degree from New York University (N.Y.U.), NYC, in Endocrine Physiology and a Minor in Biochemistry. After Completing her Master’s Degree at N.Y.U. , Dr. Karen Soika attended Medical School, graduating with Honors. She then went on to a competitive Residency Program in General Surgery completing her Internship at Lenox Hill Hospital, NYC, and doing her Residency at George Washington University, in Washington, DC. Dr. Soika also completed a Fellowship in General Surgery, SICU and Research through Weil Medical College-Cornell Presbyterian. Then also trained in Cosmetic Surgery with world leading physicians including Dr. Malcolm Paul and Dr. Dennis Hammond and many other global leaders in cosmetic and plastic surgery. Dr. Soika then was selected to do a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery via USC in Los Angeles CA. Karen Soika, MD is a sought out instructor that has taught over 3000 Physician globally on various facial cosmetic procedures and owns The training company The Aesthetic Masters. She is highly regarded for her artistic and sculpting abilities in cosmetic surgery as well as personally in her hobbies. Her eye for detail is unmatched. She has a very elite patient population that includes supermodels, actors/actresses and public figures. This alone is testimonial to her tremendous skill in facial and body artistry. Karen M.
