About Jon H. Meyerle, MD
Jon Meyerle, MD is an honor graduate of Princeton University and an Alpha Omega Alpha honor graduate of Yale University School of Medicine. He completed his medical internship and dermatology residency at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in 2004. He then went on to complete two dermatology specialty fellowships, one in immunodermatology at Johns Hopkins, and the other in immunobiology at Yale. Since then, Jon has served on the dermatology faculty at Walter Reed as associate professor and director of the residency training program. As part of his commitment to service, Jon has served as a command surgeon in Kuwait and a battalion surgeon in Afghanistan. In addition to his clinical and immunology interests, Jon is an expert in melanoma and cell-based therapies.
