About John P. Kartsonis, MD
Dr. Kartsonis is a Board Certified Dermatologist in private practice in Jacksonville, Florida for over 20 years. A Jacksonville native, Dr. Kartsonis graduated from the University of Florida and the the George Washington University Medical School. He completed his Dermatology Residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a past Associate Professor, Department of Pediatrics, University of Florida College of Medicine, past President of the Jacksonville Society of Dermatology and active volunteer in the community. Dr. Kartsonis provides the highest quality skin diagnosis and treatment using proven advanced techniques and state-of-the-art equipment specializing in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology as well as laser procedures and light therapy. Dr. Kartsonis is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a member of the Duval County Medical Society, and the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. He is also part of Baptist Physician Partners and St. Vincent’s Medical Staff.
