Jeff Birchall, M.D. is the Owner / Medical Director of Dermacare Laser & Skin Care Clinics of San Diego. He is a board-certified physician who has been in practice since 1991, with more than 10 years of experience specifically in cosmetic medicine. Dr. Birchall is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine, and the American Society of Cosmetic Physicians.
