Starting a career in the music business, then years in publishing, and a few stops along the way in the corporate world, Irma’s finally found her niche. Making you feel confident and beautiful. The High Brow was founded in 2018 after a year of extensive training under World Microblading expert Erin Moore. Pulling from her earlier experiences, she was able to take what she learned and apply it to her own thriving company. The High Brow Boutique is fully licensed with the Oakland County, MI Dept. of Health.
