About Holly Pennell, Tattoo Specialist
Let's talk eyebrows! Holly is a certified Microblading Artist and is currently training under Master Microblading Artist Kler Rosenberg for PHIBROWS. Eyebrow design is her specialty. Following her training in Connecticut, she has advanced education with Toni & Guy in Dallas, Texas where she resided for three years to become a master in her craft. As a former educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems and a Regional Performing Artist with Redken NYC, she then became an American Board Certified Haircolorist. Holly was born & raised in Southeastern Connecticut and is always on-the-go with her three boys. She's an avid skier, runner and ran the Boston Marathon in 2014, 2016, and 2018. She has raised over $30k for the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress, a charity close to her heart.
