Dr. Franklin Rose is a board certified plastic surgeon serving the greater Houston area, and beyond. He did a residency in general surgery at Yale University and Albert Einstein College of Medicine Hospitals in New York, and completed his residency in plastic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed a fellowship in plastic surgery and microsurgery at Baylor, and did a fellowship in aesthetic plastic surgery at New York University, Institute of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
