After experiencing severe skin problems of her own, Felicia was inspired to drop out of the corporate world to help others with their skin. Running her own skin care boutique for 13 years before joining Cocoon she was able to hone her advanced skills and amassed a large brazilian wax following! Felicia spends her free time with her partner Ray and eight-year-old daughter, Rosie.
