About Ethan Kolderman, DDS
We are happy to welcome Dr. Kolderman as an associate here at Grand Haven Dental Care. Dr. K is coming to us from The University of Michigan Ann Arbor where he obtained is Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Neuroscience, Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Epidemiology, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). Dr. Kolderman has been involved in research throughout his education career. He has several publications focusing on improving treatment methods of oral bacterial biofilms in addition to factors influencing tooth microhardness. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists. On a personal note, Dr. Kolderman has lived in Michigan his entire life. He grew up in Dearborn, Michigan with his parents and two older brothers. His father has been a dentist for 45 years and introduced Dr. K to dentistry at an early age. Dr. Kolderman enjoys travel and has spent time abroad in France, Austria, Switzerland, South Africa, and Lesotho among other countries. Most recently he traveled to Meru, Kenya to deliver dental education and treatment to rural Kenyan children.
