About Emily J. Schwarz, MD
Emily Schwarz, MD, PhD, has been a resident of Bucks County, PA since 2008 when she and her family relocated here. She has been practicing medical and surgical dermatology for the past 15 years and sees patients of all ages, with strong experience in both pediatric and geriatric dermatology. Her MD/PhD was completed at the Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans, LA, where she graduated at the top of her class, having been named to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Schwarz then completed both her internship in Internal Medicine and her Dermatology Residency at the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, NC. Before venturing into private practice, Dr Schwarz taught medical students and residents as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology at UNC. Dr. Schwarz is Board-Certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology, as well as an active member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the Montgomery County Medical Society, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). In 2017, Dr Schwarz was awarded the Pioneer Performance Measure Award by the AAD. She is happy to see patients of any age, from newborn to geriatric patients.
