My name is Elaine and I have been in the industry for Eight years serving the communities of San Diego. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of places as well as managed Salons and Spa. I have also worked as an educator for my Alumni school Bellus Academy better known as Bay Vista, where I was able to expand my experience as a cosmetologist. My scope of practice includes eyebrow shaping, make-up application. Also certified in Simply organic as a Hair colorist and working with Dreamcatchers hair extensions.
