About Crystal B. Luckey, Aesthetician Specialist
Graduating high school and starting college at the age of 16 was definitely an accomplishment that I am proud of. However, it took me 10 years to even graduate college due to life circumstances getting in the way (my mom thought I would be in college forever). I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up anymore, because I changed my major so many times. I’ve always wanted to help people. I thought becoming a dental hygienist would fulfill that desire. As it turns out, spending my days inside a stranger’s mouth was not very appealing. I wish I could say esthetics was always a passion of mine but the truth is I only got into it because my mom’s best friend was in the field. So I figured what the heck, I needed something to do while I figured out the rest of my life. Well let me tell you, this was the best decision I ever made! School was fun and interesting and the best thing was that it was short. Definitely beats the 10 years I spent in regular college. Now, don’t get me wrong, it hasn’t always been ice cream and cake. I have had to jump through flaming, fiery hoops to get to where I am today. This career has become my passion. I get to change how people feel about themselves on the outside and inside. I have great fulfillment when I get texts and calls from my clients saying how I have changed their life (what a great feeling). I am always continuing my education and participating in advanced training to keep up with changes in my field. I custom tailor each treatment for each client’s needs.
