About Cherrie Wheeler, Aesthetician Specialist

I have always been compassionate about helping others and that is how I live my life. In 1996, I enrolled and graduated Nursing School as a certified nurse assistant home health aid. In this capacity, I worked privately with elderly peoplefor three years. In 1999, I enrolled in Acute Care Nursing but possessed such a keen interest in skin care that I changed direction to earn my esthetician'slicense at Redwood Empire Beauty College. Graduating from there, I pursued skin care as my career and have since worked in Medical Spas, Skin Care Clinics and Day Spas. I have also continued my Skin Care education through Postgraduate and Advanced Education Courses, graduating from the University of Cool Sculpting, gaining certification in Ulthera, and becoming proficient in working with skin care lines such as Dom Ivana Custom Blending Makeup and Skin Care, Circadia, Christina, Image, Dermologica, SkinCeutical's, Skin Medica and Obagi Facials and Peels. For 20 years i have worked successfully with ALL skin types: Acneic, Rosacea, Sun Damage, Aging and Dull Devitalized skin. I enjoy not just working with skin but enhancing all aspects of beauty and offer services such as Eye Brow Waxing/Shaping, and Keratin Lash enhancement Lift. I am so thrilled to combine my expertise, interest, and love of care in Aesthetics by Cherrie. It is the perfect fit for me. Educating patients in the proper procedures of Skin Care, both at home and during treatments, helps them achieve their goals of attaining and maintaining healthy vibrant skin, and that is so rewarding. Outside skincare, my interests are centered around my family, Pete, my three sons, four grandchildren and my Yorkie Coco, exercise classes and always trying to figure out why some of my potted plants survive and thrive and some don't.
