About Bryna P. Kane
Dr. Kane is the senior founding partner at Laser Skin Care Center, where she’s been practicing adult and pediatric dermatology for the past three decades. She holds a clinical faculty position at the University of California Irvine in the Department of Dermatology/Medicine. Dr. Kane co-founded the “Erase the Past” tattoo removal program to remove unwanted tattoos on former youth-at-risk in exchange for community service. Through this program, over 5000 at-risk youth have been treated and re-entered society.Dr. Kane was the first female physician to be appointed to, and serve on, the Board of Directors of Long Beach Memorial Hospital and the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center Foundation boards. She also served as Past President of the American Medical Women’s Association of Southern California, the Long Beach Dermatology Society, and was Chairman of the Medical Education Committee at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, as well as serving in many other organizations.
