Angel Ratliff has been cutting, coloring, and styling hair since graduating the prestigious Graham Webb Academy of Hair located in D.C. in 2003. The experienced stylist enjoys working with all types of hair textures and lengths and various ranges of color, but her specialty is in special occasion/ bridal hair and dimensional blonde coloring.
