About Andrea Sallee, Aesthetician Specialist
Andrea Sallee describes herself as compassionate, driven and ambitious. Her clients describe her as knowledgeable, caring and attentive. AM Skin Health & Plastic Surgery is very lucky to have such a talented professional on their team. She is motivated by achieving results and inspired by bringing hope to others. “I love to make people look and feel good,” says Andrea, “It’s very rewarding.” A Licensed Medical Aesthetician in the states of Ohio and Michigan, Andrea has been successfully transforming skin for nearly twelve years. She graduated from the Salon Professional Academy for Aesthetics in Perrysburg, Ohio in 2008. In 2013 she attended Beau Institute of Permanent Makeup and received her ELOS and laser certification that same year. Andrea in an active member of the Society for Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS) and attends annual conferences to stay up-to- date on the most progressive Aesthetic innovations. Andrea is committed to educating her clients about skin health, which includes teaching them about the dangers of tanning salons. At 25 years old Andrea was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma “That was a wake up call,” she says. “I used to work at a tanning salon when I was younger and have a lot of sun damage as a result,” she says. Andrea uses treatments including one of her favorites, Intense Pulse Light (IPL), to treat sun damage, but also makes sure her clients have the tools they need to protect themselves from both photo damage and skin cancer. Andrea’s clients are fortunate to benefit from her personal and professional experience as well as her “results-driven” approach.
