excel® V laser by Cutera is a noninvasive laser treatment to treat pigmented lesions, vascular lesions, and certain skin conditions. This laser system uses dual wavelength technology to breakdown abnormal blood vessels, broken blood vessels, and pigment collections to eliminate unwanted skin lesions and vascular conditions with minimal downtime and high patient comfort due to a proprietary cooling mechanism.

excel® V lasers can be used in dermatology to treat spider veins of the leg veins, port wine stains, telangiectasias, brown spots, angiomas, sun damage, sun spots, rosacea, discoloration, cherry angiomas, facial veins, and diffuse redness. The excel® V laser system may only need one treatment session, although the number of treatments varies greatly by individual. Most candidates report significant improvement through an excel® V laser treatment.
