About Yeon-Jeen J. Chang
Dr. Jenny Chang is an independent plastic surgeon who is dedicated to the utmost care of her patients and who is committed to delivering excellence in the field of Plastic Surgery. Well respected among her peers and throughout the medical community, Dr. Chang has also earned the respect and appreciation of her patients. In addition to her exceptional medical expertise, she is known for her positive nature, gentle touch and compassionate heart. Dr. Chang was born in Seoul, South Korea. Her family relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she attended high school and medical school. She received her medical degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and received a Diploma of Honor upon graduation. She began her Plastic Surgery training at the Hospital de Quemados in Argentina. When her family relocated to the United States, she chose to follow. After completing her General Surgery Residency at Providence Hospital and Medical Center in Michigan, Dr. Chang chose to dedicate a year to teaching residents and performing research at the Department of Surgery, Providence Hospital. She completed her Plastic Surgery Fellowship at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University, where she became Chief Resident. After graduation, Dr. Chang joined Artisan Plastic Surgery, where she practiced for 6 years. In March of 2016 she decided to branch out on her own and start her solo practice with JC Plastic Surgery of Atlanta.
