About Wendy G. Polo, Aesthetician Specialist
My passion for clinical skincare began 22 years ago. I received my Cosmetology license in 1996 and that same year began to work as an aesthetician for a chemical peel manufacturer assisting in training and tech support for 2 years. In 2002 I received a degree from University of North Texas for Business Computer Information systems. I used these skills to manage a medical spa and worked as a medical aesthetician and laser technician for plastic surgeon in Plano, Texas. My love for providing personalized custom treatments and making it simple and easy for her clients to keep up is important. One size doesn't fit all is something I believe when creating what is right for her clients. In 2010 I decided to open Aesthetic Back Bar which is a company that sells professional treatments for the skin care professional. Aesthetic Back Bar offers products with natural and organic ingredients for back bar use for spas, medspa and skin care clinics. We also offer private label for these types of businesses. We believe the small business should be able to create their own skin care line to offer their clients. In 2016 I partnered up with Erika Diniz-Borkar to open a Revata Medspa and Laser Center in Dallas, Texas. We have created a place where people can come and get their skin care and laser treatments by extensively trained and experienced licensed providers with out the intimidation of being sold to. The focus is on creating a relationship where we are trusted to give clients the information they need to decide which treatments work best for them.
