Dr. Moon is a triple board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with fellowship training in Hand Surgery and Microsurgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery, and holds a Subspecialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand. He has been inducted as a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member member of several other professional and regionial medical societies. Dr. Moon is fully trained and qualified to perform all aspects of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, including complex microsurgical reconstruction of the head and neck, breasts, and extremities. He is truly dedicated to the art of plastic surgery and has spent a considerable amount of time perfecting his craft. He has visited renowned plastic surgeons across the United States and Asia in order to learn the most advanced techniques and newest developments in the field. Notably, he has worked with colleagues in Seoul, South Korea and Taiwan to expand his skillset in cosmetic surgery for the Asian face and figure. He has also authored multiple articles in leading surgical journals and has presented his work at numerous conferences both nationally and internationally.
