Dr. McHugh is also the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Houston Northwest Medical Center. He’s also a member of multiple professional organizations, including the: American Society of Plastic Surgeons (Board-Certified), Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, Houston Society of Plastic Surgeons, Texas Medical Association, and Harris County Medication Association.
