About Terri R. Dunn, MD
Dr. Dunn is a native of California. A Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr. Dunn has been a leading practitioner in dermatology for over 20 years. Dr. Dunn obtained her dermatology training from the renowned Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland; a trusted research institution and leader in the field of dermatology. Dr. Dunn received her medical degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and completed her internship in internal medicine at the esteemed Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Dunn’s commitment to promoting research and high standards of treatment for the underserved took her to Nairobi, Kenya, early in her career, where she received specialty training in the field of dermatology. Dr. Dunn has published textbook and journal articles in the field of dermatology including Cutaneous Manifestations of Internal Malignancy in Steins Internal Medicine and Sweet’s Syndrome in a Neonate with Aseptic Meningitis in the Journal of Pediatric Dermatology. Dr. Dunn has been interviewed for numerous publications and delivers talks to professional medical conferences and organizations. She is actively engaged in community education via numerous engagements and is a dedicated wife and mother of two sons and a daughter.
