About Terri L. Owsley, Aesthetician Specialist
Terri Owsley is founder and president of TLO Skin & Laser Clinic, an East Valley company specializing in medical aesthetics and preventive skin care. Born in California and raised in Flagstaff, Terri found her calling early, having nurtured her love for aesthetics since her early teens. She is living the dream of sharing that love with her clients, and it shows in their results. Terri approaches aesthetics from the standpoint of preventive care being the best care. She puts her clients on a path of lifelong best practices for healthy skin. Board-certified in aesthetics since 1998, Terri is certified in PCA peels and IMAGE peels, Oncology Trained and is a certified laser safety officer. Terri offers a wide variety of services, specializing in chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, microcurrent, as well as preventative and corrective care.
