About Steven J. Kronowitz, MD

Steven J. Kronowitz, MD, FACS, is an internationally renowned general and plastic surgeon practicing in Houston, Texas. With over 25 years of experience and patients from all over the world. Dr. Kronowitz has the training, knowledge, and expertise to provide you with dramatic, lasting, and natural-looking cosmetic improvement. Throughout his decades of practice, Dr. Kronowitz has developed and introduced many advanced and innovative cosmetic surgical techniques that have been incorporated into practices and used by plastic surgeons worldwide. Dr. Kronowitz began his surgical education with a degree in medicine from the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Kronowitz then completed his postgraduate training at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, where he became the Chief Resident of General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. Dr. Kronowitz accepted a prestigious fellowship at MD Anderson, a top cancer care center. He later went on to become one of the youngest tenured professors at MD Anderson. After spending 15 years as a professor at MD Anderson, Dr. Kronowitz decided to turn to private practice. He currently has six plastic surgery offices in Houston, Texas. Dr. Kronowitz is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and the American Board of Surgery (ABS). These certifications serve as proof and recognition of all of Dr. Kronowitz’s professional accomplishments.
