About Stephen E. Small, MD
At the age of 9, I was involved in a major accident which resulted in second and third degree burns to my right arm, shoulder, chest, and face. I am thankful to be alive and because of excellent care I recovered fully. While I still have scars from that injury, I could see my progression with before and after photos of my recovery and was astounded. I thought if I could help just one person, the way that I was helped, that is what I would do with my life. The doctor who helped me was a plastic surgeon. The best part about my job is helping people. I love helping people that are in need of cosmetic surgery or reconstructive surgery. It’s truly a privilege and an amazing profession. Dr. Stephen E.
