About Stephen R. Giordano, DO
Dr. Giordano received his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) located in Erie, PA which is currently one of the largest and most successful medical schools in the country. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at prestigious University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, and his residency in Internal Medicine at St. John Regional Medical Center in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH. Dr. G moved to the Lake Norman area in December of 2007. He completed formal training in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine as well as Aesthetic Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (A4M) Dr. G is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a Diplomat of The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and Regenerative Medicine (A4M). Currently, he is a Key Opinion Leader and educator for Thermi, and teaches other physicians from around the country how to perform the ThermiTight and ThermiVa procedures. Quite simply, the main goal of establishing CAMI was to provide patients with aesthetic medical care while remaining grounded in honesty, integrity, and compassion. Prior to settling into private practice, he founded and managed a large multi-specialty physician group that provided acute and post-acute care for 3 hospitals, 5 nursing homes, 1 wound care/hyperbaric medical center, and a weight loss center. Dr. G served as the Medical Director and Attending Physician for most of these facilities before transitioning to the Carolina Age Management Institute. His dream has always been to help people look and feel amazing both inside and out. Dr. G is also focusing on making CAMI one of the best training centers in North Carolina for other providers. Dr. specializes in minimally invasive procedures such as Deep Laser Resurfacing, Skin Tightening, Vaginal Rejuvenation, and Hair Restoration as well as injectables such as Botox and Filler. Dr. Giordano’s practice has received Best of the City awards in 2015 and 2016, Best of the Lake Bronze 2016, and Dr. Giordano himself won the Best Non Surgical Facelift 2017 award at the The Aesthetic Show in Las Vegas presented to him by Dr. Andrew Ordon, renowned Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon and Emmy award winning co-host of the show The Doctors. In his free time, Dr. G enjoys playing guitar and piano as well as attending as many acoustic concerts as he can. He lives in the Lake Norman area, and loves spending time with his sons Luca and Jase.
